Following an enquiry to book, we provisionally reserve the dates you require and give 7 days for the deposit to arrive. After this date, we release the dates for rebooking.

A non returnable deposit of 25% secures your booking with the balance, 75%, payable 4 weeks prior to your holiday commencing. On arrival an inventory deposit of 50% (of 1 week) is required.

TERMS/CONDITIONS

On arrival we will attend the gite with you and confirm that everything is in order.

We will ask that you sign our book, stating that you will read and adhere to our Health and Safety Rules.

We shall be available for you each day at a set time. If there is a problem, please do not hesitate to tell us.

For the comfort of all visitors, we request that you adhere to the pool rules.

For your safety, we request that you do not wander unaccompanied.

On the day of departure, you must be ready to leave by 10.00am.

We shall inspect the gites with you. Any breakages and problems will be resolved financially.

Deposits will be returned within 15 days.

Please note that we place a time limit of 7 days from contact to receiving the reservation payment. This payment is non refundable.
